Delete your Taxi Now account

This covers your Taxi Now Academy account, which is the same login you use in the Taxi Now Hub app. You can delete it yourself in the app, or ask us to do it.

In the Taxi Now Hub app

1. Open Taxi Now Hub and log in.
2. Go to the Academy, then the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you're logged out.

Without the app

Email anthony@taxinowgroup.co.uk from the email address you registered with, with the subject “Please delete my Taxi Now Academy account”. We'll delete it within 7 days and email you to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your login, name, email, phone number and Knowledge stage.
• Your revision progress: Pointing List, Shaky and Banked points, notes, My Lists and My Runs.
• Your Discuss posts, Callover Lobby messages, bookings and reports you've made.
• Any Daily Sheets you submitted and any files you uploaded.

Deleted data is gone from our live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. If you also pay for a Taxi Now Group membership by Direct Debit, please cancel that first (or tell us in your email), so no payment is left running.
